Hi Chris, I wanted to check back about the question that Elias asked regarding current index of a selection var. Is there any new changes made in ver 0.4.5 in this regard? I am asking this since I am using selection variable in my experiment as storehouse for some values. The values are chosen by “Next Selection” in each trial. I wonder if I can get the current index of the value that it is using. Regards, ---

Hi Sina, My sincere apologies for taking so long to respond. I was out on paternity leave starting October 28 and did not return to the office until this morning. To answer your question: No, there have not been any changes in this regard. Recently, there’s been some renewed interest in making array and dictionary types accessible within experiments (as Dave suggested in reply to Elias’s query), and it’s possible that that change will make it in to MWorks 0.5. However, at present, selection variable indices remain inaccessible. Chris ---
