I’m a postdoc working with Arash who is entirely new to MWorks, with limited prior programming experience. Arash mentioned that he remembered there being tutorials or example codes available, but I am having a hard time finding them. Any help with this would be great.

Another researcher working with Arash recently asked a similar question, so I’ll refer you to that discussion. My offer to develop custom example code extends to you, too.
Unfortunately, documentation remains a weak point for us. Completing the user manual is a high priority for me this year, so hopefully things will be better in the near future.
