Hi Chris,
We’ve been experiencing an issue with MWorks, a few times, it has crashed unexpectedly, causing all related windows to close suddenly in the middle of an experiment.
Each time, we had to restart everything to continue. It happens very rarely, and there were no visible errors or specific events right before or after the crash. Do you know if there’s any way to identify what might be causing it or to access a crash log?

I’m sorry to hear MWorks has been crashing on you!
It would be very helpful if you could send me the crash report associated with one of the crashes. To do this: On the machine running MWServer, open the Console application (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app ). In the sidebar, select Crash Reports. In the list that appears, find one with MWServer in the name. You should be able to drag and drop it in to an email message.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for getting back to me. I checked for the crash report as you suggested, but there are no reports available. I waited a week in case a new crash occurred, but it appears to be a rare issue. If another crash happens, I will follow up and send the report right away.
