MWorks sound issue

Hi Chris,

With the newest mworks release (12), when we end a task the sound output tends to stop working for the following task. I can then see that the mac soundput is set to muted. Unmuting it doesn’t solve it for mworks though. The only solution seems to be to restart both client and server. Updating the OS didn’t help.

Any idea what’s going on there?

Hi Alina,

This sounds like the issue that you reported previously and MWorks 0.12.1 fixed. If you’re using 0.12, then switching to 0.12.1 should resolve the problem.

I have no idea why the Mac’s sound is being muted. MWorks never messes with the system-level audio output volume.
