Sync problem and mat file not saving

Hi Chris,
I am currently experiencing this error in the matlab interface window (file attached).
I did press start button twice on first trial and this works perfectly fine before.
I am wondering whether you can help me trouble shooting this.

Hi Miaomiao,

I see that your MATLAB script is producing errors, but that suggests a problem with the script and/or your experiment, not with MWorks or the MATLAB window. Did you get the script from someone in your lab? If so, I suggest you ask that person for help debugging it.
