Timers across trials

Hey Chris,

Do all timers get reset at the end of a trial? Is it possible to have a timer start, then run across trials?

Situation: we want to stimulate the brain longer than our monkey can fixate, so we are thinking about starting the stimulation and timer at the end of the last trial, and to continue through the ITI and into the next trial. Is that possible?

Hi Travis,

While the experiment is running, a timer won’t reset until your invoke start_timer on it again. So yes, you can do exactly what you propose.
