Hardware suggestions?

Hi Chris,

We are configuring a new training setup and it’s been a while (and a few MWorks upgrades) since we purchased hardware. Aside from getting the second graphics card that you suggested for Lindsey, are there any other issues that we should consider beyond the default Mac Pro Quad-Core package (specs below)?

The second graphics card is the only factory upgrade I’d recommend.

You may also want to add some additional memory (though 6GB isn’t a bad starting point). However, that’s easy to install yourself and cheaper to buy from a third party, so you could just wait and see if you need it. (I have 12GB from Other World Computing in my Mac Pro, and I’ve been very happy with it.)
