Menu bar appears over stimulus display

Hi Chris,

We keep seeing an issue where the date/time/top bar (navigation bar?) will
show up on the secondary monitor that should only be displaying the task.
It usually goes away upon restarting MWorks, but it seems inconsistent -
sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t. I still haven’t had a chance
to update to 0.8, but the nightly we’re using is one of the 0.8 builds (I
believe from November, though I’m not sure if I’m remembering that
correctly). I do plan on updating soon, so I will let you know if that
fixes it or not. Wanted to bring it to your attention now though, as it’s
been happening for a while and seems unintended.

Hi Yvonne,

Do you mean the menu bar? If so, I don’t see how MWorks could be causing this. If I had to guess, I’d say that something running in the menu bar is raising it over the stimulus window, maybe in a misguided effort to ensure that it’s always visible.

If it happens again, can you take a screenshot and send it to me?

Hi Chris,

Yep, I meant the menu bar! I’ll take a screenshot when it happens next, and
also keep an eye out for something that might be causing it.
