For demonstration purposes, it is often desirable to generate movies of the stimuli we play. It would be nice if this could be an option built into MWorks, but I’ve found a workable solution. Namely, run the experiment so you can observe it in the server window. Open Quick Time and navigate to File → New Screen Recording. Hit “record”, and you can click and drag to select just the sever window. Run the experiment and hit stop once you’re done recording. The user can use Quick Time to trim the video to contain only the desired section of the video (Edit → Trim). Please pass this on to anyone who might need to generate demos.
